These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Capital Motor Works website and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Capital Motor Works provides multi-brand car repair and maintenance services, including engine work, AC service, denting & painting, detailing, electrical, brakes, tyres and related services.
All quotes are provided after inspection and are approved by you before work begins. Final charges may vary if additional faults are discovered during service — these will always be communicated to you for approval first.
Bookings made via our form, WhatsApp or phone are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. Service timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability or the nature of the repair.
Payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be collected once full payment has been received.
We use genuine and OEM-grade parts wherever possible. Any warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of service.
We take great care of every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, items left inside the vehicle, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.
